The market surveillance authorities responsible in each Member State shall ensure the supervision of products on the Community market. In particular, they deal with:

•   check compliance with product safety requirements;
•   to follow up on complaints or reports concerning the risks deriving from products;
•    monitor the injuries and damage to health that are suspected to have been caused by these products;
•    verify the adoption of countermeasures;
•    follow the developments in scientific and technical knowledge relating to security;
•    Follow up with notifications of dangerous products in the RAPEX system.

We can give you support in case of withdrawals, seizures, objections of national surveillance bodies (Customs, Finance Police, Chambers of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Development, etc.) by interfacing with the Authorities in order to resolve specific situations.
